Welcome! I’m Kristina Dygulski, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor based in West Palm Beach, Florida. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys and achieve meaningful change.

I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University, graduating with high honors. My specialization lies in working with adults facing mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, as well as those dealing with addictions, trauma, and significant life transitions.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from inpatient mental health crisis units to both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health centers. My experience in these environments has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health care. I’ve also held several senior-level positions, including Clinical Director and Director of Compliance, which have honed my leadership skills and reinforced my commitment to high ethical standards.

I stay current with evidence-based treatment approaches to ensure that my clients receive the best possible care. My goal is to create a supportive and compassionate environment where you can explore your challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward living as your authentic self.
